When you’re craving something spicy these will really hit the spot. These are great to take to a party so that you can be sure to have something on program, but that everyone will enjoy!

Per Serving: 1 lean protein, 3 condiments

Ingredients:

1 pound ground chicken or turkey

2 ounces cream cheese, softened

4 eggs whites

2 Tablespoons chopped celery

3 Tablespoons crumbled low fat blue cheese

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

For the sauce; 1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot Wing Sauce

Directions:

1. Combine all ofo the meatball ingredients in a medium bowl.

2. Form into about 1 inch balls.

3. Place them on a greased cookie sheet (with sides) and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

4. After 10 minutes, remove balls from oven and pour 1 Tablespoon Franks wing sauce on each ball.

5. Put back in the oven and bake for another 12 minutes.

6. Serve with celery and a side of low fat blue cheese or ranch dressing.
